Production
Vino cotto is obtained by means of cooking the wine on the flame. Thanks to the evaporation, the sugar contained in the wine is concentrated. The wine is then matured in small wood barrels.

Description
Caramel red, quite thick, dense, on the nose it offers dried plum, honey, cacao, dried dates and figs and raisins scents. Spicy notes of cinnamon and caramel. On the palate, the sweetness of the cooked wine is finely balanced by the freshness and the delicate sapidity. Very persistent finish, recalling dried fruits.
With tozzetti and ciambelline.
