Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes in mid October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 15 days maceration at 25°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.

Description
Ruby red of medium concentration, on the nose it is vinous, fruity, with scents of fresh blueberries and blackberries, and floral notes. Full bodied, rightly tannic and warm, with good roundness and delicate sapidity. The finish recalls the notes perceived on the nose.
With pasta and meat main dishes.
