Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes at the beginning of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with maceration of the peels for 18 hours at 18°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.
Description
Luminous cherry rose, intense scent, fruity, it recalls raspberries and wild strawberries. Pleasant freshness and sapidity on the palate, very delicate tannins. The finish, with forest fruits notes, ends with almond tones.
With appetizers and pasta dishes with meat sauces.
