Grape harvest at the end of September, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (16-17°C) for 10-15 days. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months before sale.
Description
Straw yellow with luminous highlights, the bouquet opens up to reveal elegant and fascinating notes of field flowers, apple, pear and sweet herbs. Freshness and sapidity characterize the palate which ends with a long, fruity and mineral finish. Of great pleasantness.
With pasta or white meat main dishes.
