Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes in mid September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for 10-15 days to 25-27°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.
Description
Ruby red of medium concentration. Delicate scent of red fruits (cherries). Fruity, juicy and fresh palate, with delicate tannins and right roundness. Very pleasant and of good balance. Medium length finish.
With first dishes served with meat sauces and meat main dishes.
