Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes at the end of October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration of the skins for 15 days at 26°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.

Description
Ruby red with garnet highlights. Floral nose of violets together with fruity scents and soft notes of spices. On the palate it is pleasantly fruity. Nice balance between the fine tannins, the freshness and the right roundness. Persistent finish.

With roast meats and stews.
