Grape harvest and vinification
Grapes are harvested at the end of September. The fermentation, at controlled temperature (16°C) takes place over 12 days approximately. The wine is then stoked in stainless steel tanks. Refining for at least 3 months in bottle before sale.
Description
Luminous straw yellow, of beautiful concentration. Intense nose, enticing, with floral notes on top of delicate fruit and honey tones. Intense but sleek taste, fresh and mineral, with right roundness, in which citrus fruits accents emerge. Long and clean finish, pleasantly mineral.
With appetizers and fish pasta dishes.
