Grape harvest and vinification

Grapes are harvested at the end of September. The fermentation, at controlled temperature (16°C) takes place over 12 days approximately. The wine is then stoked in stainless steel tanks. Refining for at least 3 months in bottle before sale.

Description
Straw yellow, quite rich in colour, with light, green highlights. Very pleasant fruity and floral scents, with delicate spicy and mineral accents. On the palate it is intense and persistent, sufficiently rounded. A marked freshness and sapidity emerge making it enjoyable and easy to drink. Mineral, long and greatly pleasurable finish.
With appetizers and fish pasta dishes.
