Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes in mid October. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for 15-20 days at 25-27°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.
Description
Concentrated ruby red, lighter on the edge. On the nose it is intense, with pleasant scents of fruits of forest and violets. Round palate, fresh, with velvety tannins and good balance. Fruity finish, coherent with the nose.
With first dishes served with meat sauces and meat main dishes.
