Grape harvest and vinification
Collection of the grapes at the end of September. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with maceration for 10-15 days at 25-27°C. Refining in bottle for at least 3 months.
Ruby, tending to garnet, red. Intense, pleasant nose, of cherry jam and spices. On the palate it is full, tasty, rightly tannic and round. Balanced and persistent. Almondy finish with cherry tones.
With meat main dishes.
