Grape harvest and vinification
Grape harvest slightly anticipated in order to safeguard the aromas. Vinification in steel tanks at 12-14°C. After a first spill at the end of fermentation, the product is stocked in stainless steel tanks at the temperature of 12°C. The second fermentation then takes place in autoclaves, with constant bâtonage together with the peels for a period of 4 months.
Description
Full, shining straw yellow. Fine, numerous and persistent bubbles. Intense, persistent, pear, hawthorn and citruses scents. Very pleasant palate, freshness and sapidity are emphasized by the pungent bubbles. Pear tones characterize the persistent finish.
With appetizers, especially vegetables fried in batter.
