Un piatto tipico abruzzese perfetto con il Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.
Ingredienti (per 4 persone)
1 cosciotto d’agnello
5 uova
1 bicchiere di vino bianco secco
50 gr. di pecorino
olio extravergine d’oliva Morro d’Oro
mollica di pane
1 limone
aglio, pepe, rosmarino, sale
