Description
Obtained from the marcs of the Chardonnay, it is transparent, crystalline, opening itself to deep, intriguing, herbaceous scents, of walnut husk, surrounded by warm notes of exotic fruit (pineapple, peach). Dry but enveloping and warm on the palate. It distinguishes itself for its beautiful structure and long, clean finish, enriched by fruity tones, coherent with the nose.
