Cellar

The cellar is the real heart of the winery. It was built recently and it includes an external area, destined to the collection of the grapes, and an internal area where the vinification and the first maturation of the wine takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Next to the cellar is an ancient building with visible bricks, with a room dedicated to the ageing of the wines. Here, in large and small barrels, the wine is kept in optimal light, humidity and temperature conditions.
Close by there’s a third building, with air conditioning, where the bottled wine is stocked, ready to be sold to our clients.
A modern bottling machinery further enriches the cellar.
